Stallholder Agreement

Bookings & Payment

  • Stall applications are reviewed before approval

  • Successful applicants will receive an invoice by email

  • Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice

  • Unpaid stalls may be offered to another applicant

    Cancellations

  • Stall fees are non-refundable unless your stall can be filled from the waitlist.

  • If we’re able to fill your stall, a refund or credit maybe considered at the discretion of Hooray Little Treasures Market.

    Market Day

    To help create the best possible experience for everyone, we ask all stallholders to follow these simple guidelines:

  • Please arrive during the allocated bump in time (8am - 8.50am)

  • Stallholders must follow all bump-in parking and pack-down instructions provided by Hooray Little Treasures Market

  • To ensure safe walkways and comfortable shopping experience, clothing racks are not permitted at this stage. You’re welcome to bring display stands and risers or other display equipment, provided everything fits neatly within the boundaries of your allocated table.

  • Late arrivals cannot be set up once shoppers have entered the venue, as this creates safety risks and disrupts the market

  • Early pack up is not permitted.

  • Stallholders are required to remain set up until the advertised market closing time

  • Please leave your stall area clean and remove all rubbish before departing

    Venue Care & Pack Down

    To continue hosting Hooray Little Treasures Market at this beautiful venue, we ask all stallholders to treat the hall with care

  • All stock, display items, rubbish boxes and personal belongings must be removed from the venue at the end of the market. Nothing is to be left behind

  • Please leave your stall area clean and tidy before departing.

  • Please respect the venue by taking care not to drag tubs, tables, chairs or display items or other equipment across the flooring. If items need to be moved , they should be lifted rather than dragged wherever possible.

  • Stallholders may be held responsible for any damages caused to the venue or it’s fixtures through negligence

  • Any spills should be reported immediately so they can be cleaned safely.

  • Children accompanying stallholders remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.

    Your Responsibility

    While every effort is made to create a safe and welcoming environment, Hooray Little Treasures Market accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings, cash, EFTPOS equipment, stock or display items.

    Stallholders are responsible for:

    • Safeguarding their own cash float, personal belongings and payment devices

    • Supervising their stall and stock throughout the event

    • Ensuring all items remain within their allocated stall space

      We recommend keeping your valuables secure at all times and never leaving your stall unattended

Permitted Items

  • To help create a safe and enjoyable market for everyone:

  • Only items approved as part of your stall applications may be sold

  • Prohibited items must not be displayed or offered for sale

  • Hooray Little Treasures Market reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any items that does not comply with our market guidelines or is considered unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with the values of the market.

  • Failure to comply may result in the item being removed from display or the stallholder being asked to leave the event without refund.

    Business Maker Stallholders

    Business stallholders are required to hold a Public liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20 Million.

    If your application is approved, you will be required to provide a current Certificate of Currency before your stall booking is confirmed.

    Business Maker stallholders are responsible for ensuring all products comply with Australian safety standards and regulations.

    Failure to provide the required documentation may result in your stall being cancelled.

    This requirement applies to Business Maker Stallholders and does not apple to families selling their own pre loved children’s items.

Young Treasure Stallholders

Young Treasures stalls are designed to encourage young entrepreneurs in a fun, supportive and safe environment.

  • A parent or guardian must remain at the stall for the duration of the market

  • Young Stallholders are encourage to be actively involved running their stall, greeting customers and handling sales with adult support where needed

  • Only age appropriate items or approved handmade creations may be sold

  • Hooray Treasures Little Market reserves the right to refuse or request the removal of any items that do not meet our market guidelines.

    Acceptance

    By submitting a stall application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by this stallholder agreement.

    Hooray Little Treasures Market reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary and will notify stallholders of significant changes.
