Whether you’re joining us a pre-loved family stallholder, one of our Young Treasures entrepreneurs or a Small Business Maker, we’ve put together some helpful information to answer our most commonly asked questions.

Do I need to bring a table?
No all bookings include a table hire
Premium 2.4m $50
Standard 1.8m $40
Petite 1.5m $30
Please note clothing racks aren’t permitted at this stage due to venue space restrictions.
We kindly ask that all stallholders bring a table cloth that fits your allocated table size to help create a neat welcoming and professional looking display.
Chairs: To help keep the market open, spacious and easy to browse, chairs won’t be set out at every stall. However, if you require a chair for accessibility or comfort, please let one of our team members know on the day and we’ll be happy to provide one.
How do I book a stall?
Booking a stall depends on the type of stall you’d like
Pre-Loved Family Stalls
When bookings are open, you will be able to choose your preferred stall size and complete your booking directly through the website.
Small Business Maker Stalls
Small Business Maker stalls are application only. We carefully select businesses that complement our family focused market and avoid multiple businesses offering the same products or services
Young Treasures Maker Stall
Our Young Treasures Stalls are also application only. Children wishing to sell their own handmade creations will need to submit an application, as places are limited and carefully selected to provide a variety of products.
Please note that stall locations are allocated by our team to ensure the best layout and flow for visitors. You’ll be able to choose your stall size but not your exact location.
How many people are included with my stall?
Each stall booking includes entry for up to two adults to assist with setting up, managing your stall and packing down.
To keep aisles clear, stalls safe and the market enjoyable for everyone, we ask that no more than two adults are behind each stall at any time.
Additional adults are welcome to enjoy the market by purchasing a $2 general admission ticket and shopping throughout the event.
What can I bring to display my items?
To ensure safe walkways and comfortable shopping experience, clothing racks are not permitted at this stage. You’re welcome to bring display stands and risers or other display equipment, provided everything fits neatly within the boundaries of your allocated table.
Items must not extend into walkways or neighbouring stalls.
Tablecloths are required for all stalls. We ask that they reach the floor where possible to create a neat, welcoming and consistent appearance throughout the market.
As our market grows, we’ll continue reviewing our layout and may introduce additional display options in the future.
How should I price my items?
One of the things shoppers love the most about Hooray Little Treasures Market is finding great value while giving quality children’s items a second life.
We encourage all stallholders to price their items fairly and realistically. Well-priced items are more likely to sell and help create a positive shopping experience for everyone.
Is parking available?
Yes! There are 37 onsite parking spaces available directly outside the venue, making it easy for families to access the market.
We kindly ask stallholders to use these spaces for unloading during bump in, then, where possible, move their vehicles to nearby parking on Church Street before the market opens. It’s just a short walk through the park to the venue.
This helps keep the closest parking available for families shopping with babies and young children, creating a more welcoming experience for everyone.

Do I need EFTPOS?
No.
You’re welcome to accept payment however suits you best.
Many stallholders use:
Cash (preferred)
PayID
Square or other EFTPOS terminals
We recommend offering more than one payment option where possible to make purchasing easy for shoppers.
If you plan to accept cash, please bring a suitable cash float with plenty of change. As a Community Market, Hooray Little Treasures is unable to provide change or banking facilities for stallholders on the day.
When should I arrive?
Stallholders will receive their allocated bump in time before each market.
We ask that everyone arrives within their your allocated time to allow for a smooth setup and to ensure all stalls are ready before doors open to the public.
What happens if I arrive late?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all stallholders must be fully set up before the market opens to the public.
Unfortunately late arrivals cannot be set up once shoppers have entered the venue, as this creates safety risks and disrupts the market experience.
If you experience an unexpected delay on market day, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help where we , can but entry after the market has opened cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to stay until the market finishes?
Yes, we kindly ask all stallholders to remain set up until the advertised closing time.
Packing up early can be disruptive to shoppers and fellow stallholders, and it can affect the overall market experience. Staying until the end helps create vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for everyone and gives all stallholders the opportunity to enjoy a full day of trading.

Can I bring a clothing rack or additional display equipment?
To ensure safe walkways and comfortable shopping experience, clothing racks are not permitted at this stage. You’re welcome to bring display stands and risers or other display equipment, provided everything fits neatly within the boundaries of your allocated table.
Items must not extend into walkways or neighbouring stalls.
As our market grows, we’ll continue reviewing our layout and may introduce additional display options in the future.
What if I can no longer attend?
We understand that sometimes life doesn’t go to plan.
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your stall to another family on our waitlist.
Please note that the stall fees are non-refundable, as your booking secures your space and helps cover the costs of running the market.
If we’re able to fill your stall from our waitlist, a refund or credit maybe considered at the discretion of Hooray Little Treasures Market.
